Rania has over 27 years of experience across various fields. She started off her career in the corporate field (P&G), followed by a move to the Entrepreneurial World, then made a further move to the Education Sector and upon meeting the Enneagram landed finally in the Training and Coaching field.  She co-founded “Wesal”, an entity that empowers & guides its individual and institutional clients throughout their developmental journey through applying multiple modalities & tools.  She conducted several Training Programs with a special focus on the Enneagram as a growth roadmap and more than 1000 hours of coaching. She also led 1000+ hours of Enneagram Teaching, carried out numerous personality profiling Interviews, moderated several Enneagram panels, co-created a special Enneagram program for schools, and presented at 5 regional Enneagram Conferences.  Rania has been active in the personal development arena and uses the learnings gathered through her own Enneagram journey and her deep understanding of humans to promote personal growth and raise Awareness through raising Consciousness across different communities & business sectors.  She’s an AP (IEA Global), a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher(The Narrative Enneagram), Certified Professional & Executive Coach (ICF), Somatic Enneagram Practitioner (Somatic Enneagram), Enneagram Typing Expert (Conscious Living Center).  Rania is a Business Administration graduate, AUC; and holds a master’s degree in financial management with distinction, Exeter University, UK. 

Walaa started the journey of consciousness and self-awareness since 2016 and she came across different personal development tracks; she is an Accredited Enneagram Professional by IEA Global, Enneagram Coach, NLP Certified Practitioner & an ICI Certified Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and she also passed through the whole journey of Family Constellation Diploma & Practitioner tracks. Walaa’s journey alongside her professional experience in the HR field for more than 25 years fueled by her genuine interest in impacting people’s lives in various ways has been the spark for her heart’s desire to be of service for others; having experienced and witnessed how Enneagram has transformed people’s lives significantly – nevertheless her own – she has this inherent belief that it is her life purpose to be of service helping and guiding others to find the light breaking through the limitations of their personality structures and life patterns, empowering them to become a more balanced version of themselves.

Her experience includes eight years of handicrafts training at Heliopolis Library and Resala Charity Organization, where she taught crochet to diverse groups and supported creativity and income-generating skills. She has also managed the International Enneagram Associate Egypt Affiliate Book Club and served as School Manager at Enneagram Egypt School, coordinating programs and student learning. In addition, she has organized numerous Enneagram workshops with local and international trainers and led the organizing committees for the Enneagram Conferences in 2020, 2022, and 2024. Passionate about personal growth and community engagement, she continues to focus on training, facilitation, and creating spaces for learning and transformation.

With wide experience in capacity building and organizational development with several reputable NGOs, she is honored to serve as The Treasurer of IEA Egypt. Her journey with IEA Egypt began through the organizing committees of previous conferences, where she experienced the impact of this work firsthand. As a board member, she looks forward to supporting the spread of the Enneagram in Egypt and helping others benefit from its depth and insight.

With a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Cairo University and a MSc in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, she combines analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. Also, she is an accredited professional Enneagram Teacher and Trainer from IEA Global. As a skilled psychologist, therapist, Enneagram teacher/trainer, Sally guides personal growth journeys with precision, empowering individuals to enact positive change and unlock their full potential. Her remarkable ability to merge diverse skills makes her invaluable in personal development and transformative healing.
