This conference theme reflects a journey back to wholeness through alignment, embracing and reconciling.
Nine leaves represent the 9 Enneagram types in fluid motion symbolizing growth, softness, and transformation.
Two triangles (one seen, one hidden) reflect the Law of Three, the balance of body, heart, and mind and a nod to Egypt’s ancient wisdom through the pyramid shape.
The color palette mirrors the four seasons of a tree, representing the inner human journey through emotional and psychological shifts toward maturity, clarity, and equanimity.
A simple yet powerful symbol of integration, to ALIGN with your inner self, EMBRACE the other and RECONCILE with the world.
This is the journey where ego and essence, self and other, are held in peace and presence!

Our theme emerged from a community brainstorming session in Egypt, guided by a shared call to honor our sacred heritage and remember our essence. This inspiration shaped our logo and led to the IEA Egypt Conference 2024 theme: Ra, the Ancient Egyptian God of the Sun, inviting us to “Remember What You Are.”
Ra, King of the Deities and source of light, life, and creation, is represented through the Falcon, whose nine wings symbolize the 9 Enneagram points and humanity’s gradual expansion of consciousness. The Ankh, or Key of Life, represents life, wisdom, and rebirth, while its integration with the Enneagram reflects inner work as a path to higher awareness.
The color palette deepens this meaning: purple signifies spiritual awareness and divine connection, while orange and yellow, inspired by Ra’s crown, represent vitality and illumination. The gradient symbolizes the transformative journey we undertake through doing “The Work”.
2022 IEA Egypt Regional Conference - As Above, So Below

The theme is an invitation for a more holistic approach, where the Enneagram of Personality and the Enneagram of Process integrate to create a wider, all-encompassing meaning of our individual lives in unity with the universe.
Inspired by “As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul” is a core Hermetic principle from the ancient Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trimegistus (a legendary figure blending Greek Hermes and Egyptian Thoth), signifying deep interconnectedness where your inner world (thoughts, soul) directly mirrors and creates your outer reality (life, universe), highlighting a universal law of correspondence between different planes of existence.
2020 IEA Egypt Regional Conference | Consciousness. Wisdom. Healing.

The theme of IEA Egypt 2020, “Consciousness – Wisdom – Healing,” reflects a holistic journey of inner awareness, purposeful understanding, and transformative growth.
